1. Purpose of this page
This disclaimer sets limits on our liability for information on the Prozoneova website, operated by Prozoneova B.V. in Amsterdam. Studio services are governed by our terms and conditions and your quote; those documents prevail over general site copy.
2. No tailored professional advice
Articles in guides, answers in FAQ and copy on services explain workflow, formats and planning in general terms. They are not legal, tax or artistic advice tailored to you.
Decisions on arrangement, loudness, release strategy or rights should be discussed in the studio or via contact with our engineers. Contractual rights and duties are in article 12 and the rest of the terms.
3. Prices, availability and specs
Guide rates (such as €920 for a live day or €340 for an EP master) may change with costs or gear updates. Your quote price is binding.
We describe our rooms (4 spaces, 32 inputs) in good faith as of 16 October 2026. Technical setup may vary per session; the engineer chooses what fits your project.
4. No guarantee of commercial success
Recording, mixing and mastering are craft services. We deliver files as agreed and follow common industry standards where relevant, but we do not promise playlist placement, chart positions, viral growth or minimum streams. Outcomes depend on genre, distribution, marketing and your material.
5. External links and tools
Links to third parties (maps, app stores, suppliers) are provided for convenience. We do not continuously review those sites and are not responsible for their content, malware or privacy practices. Use external services at your own risk.
6. Website availability
We aim for a stable site on TransIP B.V. hosting, but maintenance, outages or attacks may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for damage from site unavailability unless mandatory law says otherwise.

7. Intellectual property on the site
Images and text on prozoneova.click belong to Prozoneova B.V. or are used with permission. Misuse (scraping, republishing without consent) is not allowed. More detail is in legal notice.
8. Limitation of liability
Where permitted by law, our liability for damage arising from use of this website is limited to direct loss caused by intent or wilful recklessness by Prozoneova B.V.. Indirect loss, lost profit or data loss from reading site information is excluded, except where mandatory consumer law applies.
Damage during studio services falls under article 14 of the terms, not this disclaimer.
9. Changes
We may update this disclaimer. Date 16 October 2026 applies to the current version. Check the page periodically; material changes may also be mentioned through privacy policy channels where appropriate.
