Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in the studio by arrangement. Business invoices with 21-day terms after your details are approved.

Free up to 5 days before the session. After that, terms and conditions govern the deposit. Tell us early so we can reallocate the hour.

Participants must be at least 18. Minors only with written consent from a parent or guardian who books and pays, as set in our terms.

We aim to respond within 3 working days during Mon–Fri 10–21, Sat 11–17. Tight deadlines are not automatic priority — mention yours in the message.

For a three- to four-minute single many artists allow two to three booth hours including setup. The €395 pack often matches that. Multiple songs are planned in blocks via contact.

Up to 5 people besides crew in lounge or control room if it does not disturb focus. Larger groups need prior agreement.

Yes during booked hours. Routing, gain staging and headphone mixes are handled live; we do not offer unattended self-service booths.

Extensions only if the next slot is free and you agree. Extra time bills at the hourly rate of that service.

Not required; the studio has closed and semi-open models. Bring your in-ears if you rely on them.

Standard WAV 24-bit / 48 kHz aligned to bar one. Other sample rates on request. Multitrack stems or session exports are quoted explicitly.

18 months on internal storage after the last session or delivery, then deletion unless you buy an extension. Always keep your own backup.

Project-dependent; we state it in the quote. Attended mixes happen on the booked day; offline work follows an agreed deadline with up to 3 revision rounds.

Yes. See export stems for mix for naming and sample rate. Messy exports cost extra time and are discussed upfront.

After full payment under our terms we deliver the agreed files; copyright in your compositions stays with you unless written otherwise.

No. We do not use client material to train AI models and do not create voice clones without explicit written consent.

Casual photos with engineer and others present by agreement; no photos of other clients or unknown voices without consent.

No. Monday to Friday 10:00–21:00, Saturday 11:00–17:00. Closed on Sunday. Sessions by appointment. Sunday closed; sessions always by appointment.

The studio is on Transformatorweg in Westerpark. Bus 21 stops at Haarlemmerweg (about a seven-minute walk); from Amsterdam Centraal it is roughly a twelve-minute cycle via Haarlemmerweg. You can park bicycles at the entrance; cars use paid street parking or Q-Park Westerpark on Van Limburg Stirumstraat, about an eight-minute walk.
